What ChartLink processes

ChartLink processes the chart configuration, diagram source, or QR payload that you submit so it can return the requested image. The service also processes basic request metadata such as IP address, timestamp, route, response status, and usage counts for security, reliability, and rate limiting.

Storage and public URLs

The rendering service is stateless, but rendered responses and their request URLs may be cached by our hosting and CDN providers. Do not put secrets, personal data, private business data, or regulated information in a GET URL. Use only content you are authorized to process and share.

Service providers

We use Vercel for hosting and delivery. When paid plans launch, Paddle will act as Merchant of Record and process checkout, billing, tax, and payment information under its own privacy policy. ChartLink does not receive or store full card details.

Retention and rights

Operational logs are retained only as reasonably needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by using the contact page. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal claims.

Changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
