Refund & cancellation policy

Before paid checkout launches

ChartLink is currently in free early access. No payment is collected, so there is nothing to refund.

Paid subscriptions

Once paid checkout launches, subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues through the current paid period unless the product becomes unavailable or applicable law requires a different result.

Refund requests

If the service is materially unavailable or does not function as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review the request fairly and may issue a full or partial refund. Statutory consumer rights always apply and are not limited by this policy.

Merchant of Record

Paddle will be the Merchant of Record for paid transactions. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take time to appear depending on the payment provider.

Submit a request through the contact page with the purchase email and transaction ID. Never send card details.
